About Us
Specialist estate law, with clarity and purpose.
Inhera Legal is a specialist estate law practice advising individuals, families, professional advisers and organisations across estate planning, deceased estates and broader succession matters.
The practice was founded by Isabelle Marcarian after years working across very different parts of estate planning, from complex private client and high net wealth family matters, to technology-enabled estate planning for everyday Australians. Over that time, she advised hundreds of clients and helped educate thousands more through national media commentary, radio, television, and seminars on wills, estates and succession.
Inhera Legal was built from that experience. It is principal-led, education-focused and designed to provide advice that is tailored to the person or organisation in front of us. Some matters are straightforward and require a simple, well-considered solution. Others involve complex family structures, businesses, trusts, cross-border issues or coordination with other professional advisers. In each case, the approach is consistent: understand the circumstances properly, explain the issues clearly and provide advice that is technically strong, practical and proportionate.
Whether you are an individual planning ahead, a family with more complex succession needs, an adviser referring a client or an organisation seeking specialist estate law support, you can expect considered advice and experienced guidance throughout.
How we work
Every matter is handled at principal level, so you have experienced guidance and continuity from your first consultation through to completion.
Principal-Led
Estate planning and deceased estates are our sole focus. Your matter is approached with specialist knowledge developed through years of dedicated succession work.
Specialised
We want you to understand the decisions you are making, not simply sign documents. We explain the issues, options and recommendations clearly along the way.
Educational
Our advice, scope and pricing reflect your circumstances, priorities and level of complexity. The aim is to recommend what you need - no more and no less.
Practical
Start with a consultation.
Whether you are planning ahead, applying for probate or dealing with a complex estate issue, the first step is to understand what is needed and what level of advice is appropriate.
